| Rehab1Network was founded on the principles of athletic training. While the care of athletes after injuries has always been our cornerstone, paramount to this is the prevention of the injury in the first place. Bill Hopfinger, our founder, has always said, “Don’t play a sport to get in shape; get in shape to play a sport”. Rehab1Network is dedicated to improving and developing athletes. Our programs are designed to enhance each athlete's performance through instruction in proper biomechanics and improvement of neuromuscular control. Or simply, we teach the athlete how to move and play their sport more effectively and efficiently to improve performance. Our programs may be used on an individual basis or can be integrated in any practice setting with available equipment for an entire team. Our highly trained faculty of physical therapists, athletic trainers, and exercise specialists use their skills in movement analysis and program design to offer the safest and most effective workouts for athletes. Our advanced training in the fields of biomechanics and exercise physiology has prepared us to offer to your team cutting edge insight into proper training throughout your season. We Will Come to YOU! Our programs are designed to be immediately integrated into a team's practice schedule. The team will learn a 15-20 minute conditioning program covering all areas of conditioning necessary to enhance performance and minimize injuries. Each teaching session with an instructor lasts one hour and includes complete illustration and instruction for all exercises and set up. Soon, the coach, may be effectively conditioning their athletes at regular practice sessions in just 20 minutes! Any Sport, Any Time No matter what the sport, the knowledge and expertise of our faculty allows us to design an appropriate program for your team. In addition, we offer programs for preseason, in-season, and off-season. Due to the comprehensive nature of our programs, athletes participating in multiple sports will realize benefits in performance in each sport. |
