The BIO-ERGONOMICS Model of work evaluation emphasizes the use of medically-researched/peer-reviewed functional evaluation protocols to meet three fundamental objectives:

Accurately identify the level at which the candidate can perform work activities and the extent of the candidate’s physical impairment.
Assess the extent to which the perception of pain and disability may be controlling the candidate’s life circumstances and negatively affecting their participation in activities.
Accurately identify job hazards/exposures so the appropriate treatment pathway may be implemented preventing the onset of chronic pain, disability, and reoccurrence of injury.

BIO-ERGONOMICS services are available through the Rehab1Network. Services are provided by Vic Zuccarello, OTR/L, C.E.E.S, ABDA at our West County Sports Fitness & Rehabilitation Center.
