Rehab 1 Network is a network of 21 HIPAA certified facilities who provide outpatient rehabilitation to referred patients throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area and a home health agency specializing in orthopedic care. Since we opened our first office in 1978, we have expanded our services with the same mission:

Rehab 1 Network is the oldest and largest independently owned provider of outpatient rehabilitation services in St. Louis. Our founders were the first to combine the principles of athletic training and sports medicine with physical therapy in an outpatient setting. In addition to physical therapy, we also provide hand therapy, work simulation/hardening, Functional Capacity Evaluations, sports conditioning and home health services.
Our staff consists of physical and occupational therapists, certified hand therapists, physical therapy assistants, certified athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, registered nurses, rehabilitation aides and a strong support staff who, together, form a cohesive team to bring to our patients the type of care and service they expect.
