Rehab 1 Network is a network of 17 facilities that provide outpatient rehabilitation to referred patients throughout the metropolitan St. Louis area with a home health agency specializing in orthopedic care. We are the first and largest independently owned provider of outpatient rehabilitation services in the St. Louis Metro area. Since we opened our first office in 1978, we have expanded our services with the same mission:

Founded in 1978, Rehab1Network was the first to provide innovative rehabilitation services outside the hospital setting, improving access to rehabilitative services in the St. Louis area. In addition to physical therapy, we also provide hand therapy, work simulation/hardening, Functional Capacity Evaluations, sports conditioning and home health services.
Our staff consists of physical therapists, occupational therapists, certified hand therapists, physical therapy assistants, certified athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, registered nurses, rehabilitation aides and a strong support staff. Together, we form a cohesive team to bring to our patients the type of care and service they require.
